AI assistance, strictly optional
Scouting Spy can connect to an AI assistant such as Claude, but nothing is connected unless a scout chooses to set it up and approves it on a consent screen. An assistant sees only what that one scout can already see in the app, never the organization's data as a whole, and the connection can be disconnected at any time. Departments that would rather keep AI out entirely simply never turn it on, and the rest of the platform works exactly the same.
League data, kept current
Rosters, schedules, and venues are pulled from league sources for the professional, college, and international levels each sport covers, so scouts search real players rather than maintain spreadsheets.
